Meet the Team

Kari White, Co-founder/CEO
Bringing over 30 years of experience working with children and adults across diverse settings, Kari is passionate about providing a holistic approach to behavioral services that emphasizes trust, connection, and collaboration with families.
Her career began in residential care facilities, working with at-risk youth facing complex challenges, including ODD, ASD, ADHD, and SED. Witnessing how difficult it was for children in these settings to feel safe enough to engage with the tools they needed for growth, Kari transitioned to one-on-one consulting, then to managing a team of consultants. This journey inspired her to establish a client-focused vision that helps families address behavioral challenges early, using a connected and holistic approach tailored to their unique needs.
As a mother of two teenage boys, Kari understands the challenges of parenting and the importance of equipping caregivers with practical strategies to support behaviors at home. Her integrated approach combines evidence-based practices with compassion and empathy, drawing from her expertise in trauma-informed care, somatic coaching, and mindfulness.
Kari lives in Sonoma County with her two boys and a moody cat. She enjoys reading, hiking, gardening, and spending time on the coast.
