Location: Petaluma and greater Sonoma county

Job Type: Part time/Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, individualized support and treatment to children and adults with neurodivergence in various settings, including clients' homes, schools, and community environments.
• With the support and guidance of our BCBA, create and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals.
• Regularly monitor and track client progress using data collection methods and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to care.
• Provide guidance and training to families and caregivers, empowering them to effectively support their loved ones.
• Travel to clients’ homes and other designated locations to deliver sessions.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay abreast of the latest developments in the field.
  
  

 Requirements;

Education: Master’s degree.

Experience: Background working with children and/or adults with individualized learning needs. Experience working with neurodivergent individuals is a plus.

Empathy and Compassion: A strong empathetic and compassionate approach towards clients, with a deep understanding of their unique challenges and needs.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals, including educators, therapists, and healthcare providers.

Cultural Competency: Sensitivity to and understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and family dynamics.

*Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations required.
